The Oroko are in black on the Cameroon map to the right. In the map located at the bottom of this page, the Oroko cover the oval circled in black on the left side of the map. The Oroko dialects are: Mbonge, Balue, Ekombe, Bakundu, Balundu, Ngolo, Bima, Batanga, Bakoko. We live in the middle of the Mbonge clan. Kumba is a town that is a regional center which we often mention. It is found to the southeast of Mbonge. Douala, the largest city in Cameroon, is on the bottom right corner of the map. |
